To get the best flavor and to avoid a bitter over brewed tea, we recommend cold brewing your tea. Simply combine your tea leaves with water in your desire pitcher or brewing container. Make sure you use 1 or 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. Let this sit in your fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. For stronger flavor allow the tea to sit and brew overnight, or up to 12 hours.

Once the tea has brewed, strain out the tea leaves and sediment.

Step 2: Mix the Mocktail!

In a glass add a small dollop of local raw honey. Fill a half of the glass with the cold brewed tea and mix the two together until the honey is dissolved and the flavor is how you like it. Fill the rest of the glass up with the sparkling water, leaving room for some ice.

Step 3: Garnish and Enjoy!

For added flair add a slice or fresh orange to your drink! This will not only enhance the flavor but it will give your mocktail a fun summery appearance. Add the ice and enjoy!
