Satisfy your sweet tooth with a simple easy to make treat. No baking required!

⅓ cup animal cracker cookie crumbles
1 ½ cups chunky peanut butter
1 ⅕ cups powdered sugar
1 cup dark chocolate chips
⅓ cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 eight inch square baking pan
1 glass mixing bowl

First, Sprinkle the cookie crumbs evenly over the bottom of a foil lined 8 inch square baking pan. Freeze this for 30 minutes.

While your pan is freezing mix together your peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream in a bowl with a fork until they are well blended.

Spread this mixture over your cookie crumb crust, that should now be chilled, and put it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the mixture is firm.

Now in a glass bowl combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat them in the microwave for one and a half minutes or until the mixture is smooth and you stir it.

Spread your new chocolate mixture evenly over the chilled peanut butter layer.

Chill everything until the chocolate is set (roughly an hour).

Once everything is set and properly chilled you can cut your new snack into bars and serve your homemade sweets!
