Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Optional add ins:
Hemp Seeds
Protein Powder
Dried Fruit
*Substitute the volume of the cashews, dates, or cocoa powder for similar textured ingredients
Directions
- Blend cashews in the food processor until they are a crumbly texture
- Add the dates and cocoa. Blend again.
- Use your hands to roll into 14 balls
- Store in a sealed container and refrigerate!
