• 1/2 cup GF old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt

  • 1/2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 2  tsp chia seeds

  • 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or glass container.
  2. Lightly mix with a spoon and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, taste and add more lemon for brightness and maple syrup for sweetness, if needed,
  4. Serve with fresh berries, more lemon zest, and a spoonful of your favorite granola.
  5. Store overnight oats in the fridge for 3-5 days.
