• 1/2 cup dried apricot

  • 1/2 cup dried figs

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

  • 1 cup of dried pitted prunes 

  • 5 cup hot water or to cover

  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water

  • Nuts of your choice preferably almonds


  1. Cut the fruits to equal size, I like keeping the plums whole.
  2. In a bowl, add all the dried fruits, then cover with hot water.
  3. Add in the sugar if using and the orange blossom water.
  4. Add the nuts and mix everything well together.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours at least before serving.
  6. Scoop in glasses and serve cold.
